One Night Class
NYC trained chef will demonstrate and teach how to prepare several types of appetizers and tapas. We’ll cover where to purchase fresh ingredients, how to prepare foods, and which dishes go best with these great beginnings. New recipes each class. Hands-on class with time for tasting the prepared specialties.

Learn how to make specialty breads for everyday and celebrations! We’ll cover the ingredients, how to knead, let rise, roll out dough, twist, braid, and design bread, from basic loaves to light Challah and other specialty breads. Great parent-child activity (ages 9 and up). Bread dough, yeast, and other materials provided. Please bring a rolling pin, an apron, and containers to take home your creations.

One Night Course
Learn how to make beautiful decorative cakes! Great parent-child activity (ages 9 and up). We’ll cover various pan shapes and ways to bake the cake, and then show how to create unique designs. Experiment with different types of icings, techniques for frosting tips, and edible designs. Make any special occasion more memorable. Cake and decorations provided. Please bring a rolling pin, any frosting tips you currently use, and an apron. You’ll leave class with a boxed, 6-inch cake that you design!

One Night Course Fresh cheeses are surprisingly easy to make at home. Ricotta is no exception. And it's incredibly versatile, a great addition to savory and sweet dishes. Whether you’re a wine novice or connoisseur, this afternoon at the beautiful Sand Castle Winery will be an enjoyable way to explore the art of wine. Learn how to select a wine, read the label, choose from a wine list, store, decanter, and enjoy the wine at its best. Visit the 30-foot deep underground wine cellar. Participants must be 21 or over.
