The Bonus Classes below are those that have been added because the initial class was so popular that we had more students interested in it than could fit in the class. The bonus classes themselves are not in the catalog. All of the information is below and registration is the same as for any other class.
New One Night Course
Breakfasts are “Inn”- The Art of Making Crepes, Omelets, and Fritattas

Join Chef David Frye, Chef with premier event locations HollyHedge and the Lumberville 1740 House, for an evening of making “Inn” Breakfasts.  Experiment with the art of making crepes, omelets, and frittatas.

Location: HollyHedge Estate, 6987 Upper York Road, New Hope

Fee: $35 (includes cost of food)

 New One Night Course
Pastry Making- The Art of Tart

Explore the art of Pastry Making with Jeanine Harrison, Pastry Chef with premier event locations HollyHedge and the Lumberville 1740 House.  Bring an apron and get ready for a hands-on program to learn how to make light, flaky, and delicious pastries.

Location: HollyHedge Estate, 6987 Upper York Road, New Hope

Fee: $35 (includes cost of food)

 Glass Ornaments: Hand-Blown

Anyone can make beautiful hand-blown glass ornaments.  Glaskolben glass tubes make it easy for beginners to experience this old world craft.  Students will use a hot head torch to experiment with shapes and colors.  You’ll leave class with ten unique ornaments to give as presents or use on your holiday tree.  Please bring safety glasses to class.

Fee: $50 (plus $40 paid to instructor for materials)

Bead Making
Have fun and save money by learning to make beautiful beads from paper and fabric.  Learn several simple techniques to roll, knot, and felt your own beads and best ways to make your creations durable enough to wear.  We will cover the necessary skills to create a simple necklace or bracelet using your own one-of-a-kind beads.

Fee: $20 (Plus $8 materials fee to instructor for papers, fibres and jewelry making supplies)
